What happens at this event?

Tuesday Soundbaths at the beautiful Tile House - a dedicated Sound Healing chamber in the city. Absorb, relax and find rest to the vibrations of a multi instrument layered soundscape using Tibetan singing bowls, vocals, drum, gong, shruti and chimes.

This is an immersive experience where resonant sounds are produced that permeate the space, and also the body. The vibrations have a gentle but also powerful effect on our regulating systems, shifting brain waves into calm meditative states and the nervous system into rest and repair.

The soundbath with Mimi was just beautiful, I felt like my whole body and nervous system relaxed so deeply. In the silence at the end it felt like I was suspended in time and space - honestly just wonderful. The sound was really calming, nourishing and supportive.
