As we hurtle towards the end of a calendar year, here is an invitation to slow and take stock. Let’s explore where and what is it in ourselves that needs space, kindness, compassion. Working with the frequencies of breath, attention, movement, somatics and sound let’s bring in some gentle support to our mind-body-spirit systems.
